Jason Smith Makes It to HGTV's House Hunters

Jason Smith, a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Coconut Grove office, was scheduled to appear on House Hunters on Home and Garden Television (HGTV) last Thursday, March 2, at 10 p.m. According to Smith, a Miami resident for 32 years, “The experience was a great opportunity to highlight the home-buying process and take the viewers behind the scenes. The episode followed my prospective buyers, who are fans of the show, and me touring several beautiful Coral Gables home. I was happy to answer the buyer’s questions and show them the area. The whole thing was a wonderful coincidence.” Smith, a top producing listing real estate professional for the last five years, was contacted by the show's producer after his buyers submitted a video application three weeks earlier. “Jason’s expert knowledge of the area and commitment to superior customer service has made him a valuable resource for his customers and the community,” said Judy Campo, managing broker for Coldwell Banker’s Coconut Grove office.
