Paramount Bay has received an enormous amount of interest from buyers around the world. One of the primary reasons for this is the Genting Group resort/casino that will be developed 5 blocks south of Paramount Bay. We are working with a buyer who feels that Paramount Bay will be an ideal location for the casino/hotel managers to live once the Genting project is completed. Although the casino has not been given the green light by city officials, according to a recent interview, the chairman of Genting Group says they will proceed with this enormous resort regardless of the gambling vote.
