This was a very interesting home to market.  As the first photo (above) indicates, the view of Lake Catalina is stunning!  The home has 3 unique advantages that make it a must-own property:

1)  Lake Catalina is unique in that it allows for waterskiing and jet skiing.

2)  The property is centrally located close the Palmetto Xpressway, Miller, Bird, University of Miami and it is a 4-minute walk to Tropical Park.

3)  The property boasts over 4,468 square feet under air.  At $599,000, the cost per square foot is $134/square foot.  This is extremely attractive.

Improvements that are needed…

As the photos indicate, the property needs updating.  There is shag carpeting in the master bedroom and bathroom and retro wallpaper in the other rooms.

However, savvy buyers see past this and know what the home will become in the near future.
