Not convinced that now is the time to Buy OR Sell?

The graph below demonstrates that demand is spiking upwards for Single Family Homes and Condos in Miami (Dade County).

Why Buy now?
Prices can only go in one direction as time goes on. It is best to capitalize on today’s 4% interest rates and still low prices.

Why Sell now?
Inventory is surprisingly low (compared to the last 4 years).  Listed Homes that are aggressively marketed and priced according to recent closed sales are selling in 30-45 days.

*March 2012 is the first time since 2005 that the Dade County MLS has had less than 13,000 available listings for sale (single family and condo).
