FYI…Audrey Ross holds the EWM record to this day for sales in a single week…$63 million!!! Many thanks to Coral Gables Mayor Jim Cason (former Ambassador to Paraguay) for attending the event. His address to the audience regarding his plans for Coral Gables was valuable to us all.

As you may know, the Wall Street Journal has recognized The Jills as the Top Real Estate Team in Florida with over $1 Billion in lifetime sales. Mayi de la Vega is a mega producer who is the broker for 4 Sotheby’s International Realty Offices in South Florida.
The topic will be “Psychology of the Luxury Market” and promises to be eye-opening given the incredible activity that has taken place in the waterfront single family market so far in 2011.
