As a youth, she was committed to reach every goal she set for herself. At fifteen she was determined to buy a car, her goal was to purchase a car by the time she held her drivers license at the age of sixteen. She did just that. She entered a work program in high school (work experience) which enabled her to go to school and hold a job. She went to school half the day and worked at a jewelry stand until closing hours. She managed to save enough money to buy herself a car by the age of sixteen, reaching her goal. Most of her teenage years involved sales. She sold jewelry, shoes, furniture, and even frozen foods.
After graduating high school, she decided to get into the medical field. She earned an associate degree in advance medical assistant, graduating in 2002. At the age of twenty she took on a job as an administrative assistant for a marketing company (T&G Direct). Damaris has given her life to Christ. Her passion for dogs led her to dog grooming. Almost two years into dog grooming she decided to take on the challenge of going back to school.
As a single mother of two, quite frankly it hasn’t been easy. She juggled work (waitress), home, kids, school, and not to mention the zoo she has at home, dogs, parrots, iguana, fish and the list goes on. Her determination was the key. She now holds a real estate license. As a Real Estate Agent, she has assisted clients with finding rentals, listing rental property, listing property for sale, property management and the purchasing process of a home.
She’s been able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. She approaches all challenges with the right mix of passion, creativity, integrity and intensity to get the deal done. Real estate is much more than simply assisting a client in buying or selling their home. The key element is building trust and developing life time relationships with her clients.
